Delivery & Returns
I aim to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!
Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery. I dispatch all orders using 2nd Class Royal Mail signed and tracked. If more than a week has passed, please contact me for an update.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We aim to have you satisfied on the first attempt. However, if you are displeased with the item you brought, we are happy to try and resolve this.
Orders can be returned up to 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have past since your order was delivered; unfortunately we can't approve the return.
If the product has come damaged, it will be at our cost to replace the item or offer a full refund with proof of damage. If the postage cost gets used and paid for, such as your item has been delivered and we are offering a refund for damages you will not get refunded for postage as that has been paid for. If you are displeased with the item and it is still functional we ask you return the item to us for the full refund plus postage costs to be issued.
We must have your items at the return address within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund and all items must arrive in a resell-able condition including the product box it arrived in. Drop us an email using our contact form for a local return address and you will be refunded the 2nd class postage that you paid on the website for delivery.
As a company we are not liable to offer a refund if any product arrives in perfect working condition. Some products we personally do not make so are not responsible for any sudden stoppages such as electric burners. This means if it is after 14 days from delivery we are not liable to offer a refund. We want to ensure you are happy with all products so we will try to come to an arrangement.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
